About Alec
Alec was born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology and philosophy from the University of Iowa before attending the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was an Associate Note Editor on the Transnational Law and Contemporary Issues journal. After graduating in 2015, he practiced law in Charles City, Iowa, for over two years before moving to the Cedar Rapids area to continue his practice closer to home.
Today he works primarily from Pearson Bollman Law’s Cedar Rapids and Bettendorf offices. He is licensed in Iowa, and in Illinois for Medicaid planning and estate planning.
Alec lives in Bettendorf with his wife, Catharine, and their son, Joshua.
