About Chris Soppe

Christopher was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa, and went on to attend Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where he was named to the Dean’s List twice. After graduating from law school, Christopher practiced law in the Twin Cities before returning to his hometown of Dubuque. He has been practicing in the Dubuque area ever since.

Outside of his professional roles, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their four children.

Christopher practices out of the Dubuque office of Pearson Bollman Law. His work focuses on estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, and taxation.
