About Jeff Schultz

For over a decade, Jeff Schultz has helped individuals and families navigate stressful and costly legal disputes, including those involving disagreements over assets upon the passing of a family member.  After seeing firsthand how unclear documents and poor planning can fracture or destroy relationships and drain assets, Jeff shifted his practice to assist in preventing such problems through the design of appropriate estate plans. His goal in every matter is to provide clear, effective documents that protect clients and their goals.

He works with clients to identify points of potential conflict, explain options in plain language, and build workable estate plans designed to carry out the client’s intentions.  While the topic of leaving behind one’s assets after passing can be uncomfortable to face, having clear and effective documents in place may make the difference in avoiding added expense, time, and frustration for family members.  Jeff seeks to work with clients to get through this essential process to arrive at long-term peace of mind with plans that will support families rather than divide them.
