Chad and I did a video visit. I decided to go ahead with my trust and will, we scheduled a meeting at the office. He went over every single thing with me, took his time was very clear and concise, on what I was getting, and what it meant, I left with a binder with all of my information for my loved ones. They are very professional. They handled everything. It is an incredible piece of mind that when I pass my children, we'll be taken care of I highly recommend them.

We used them 10 years ago and got good service, but that is definitely not the case anymore. Took our money but did nothing for us. No communication at all. Said they handed the paperwork off to a paralegal and would have an assessor contact us as well. Three weeks later and nothing. Informed them that we no longer wanted their help and they say they are entitled to half the money when no work has been done. Was also told that the lawyer would no longer speak with us and that we must communicate to the paralegal  that said they could do nothing about a redund. Again - Zero communication on their part. No updates and no returned phone calls for over three weeks for what supposed to be an urgent matter. Stay away from this firm, and shame on them.

I call back in and all I wanted was to have a meeting with a lawyer to answer a few questions.  Not to be given to a very unfriendly paralegal that just wanted to talk over me and interrupt me.  I had a credit card waiting to pay for consult with a lawyer.  I guess I was deemed not good enough to warrant a lawyer. Thanks for nothing.

I needed to update my will etc and didn't have a current attorney. After much frustration of some offices not calling back I googled  attorneys and Pearson Bollman came up! I was given Jeffrey Schultz as my attorney and from our 1st visit to our last he was very kind and very very good! Explained things in ways I could understand and most importantly he suggested a few things I never would have thought of! I left there with a piece of mind.The whole process was very easy! And  no pressure!Everyone in his office is  very kind including the head receptionist and the prices were very fair! I expected to pay alot more! Thank you  for a job well done!
